What you will do

• Own SEO performance for a key market, drive its roadmap, and identify opportunities to stay ahead of competitors.
• Analyse complex datasets across large websites to identify patterns, diagnose issues, and guide priorities.
• Experiment with AI and automation to make SEO workflows faster, smarter, and more scalable.
• Build and test automation workflows for the wider SEO team, including automated SEO QA.
• Measure the impact of changes across the wider portfolio and turn findings into strategic recommendations.
• Help reduce repetitive manual work and create more capacity for strategic SEO optimisation.

Requirements

• Strong SEO fundamentals, especially on-page optimisation, with sufficient technical SEO knowledge.
• Experience working with complex datasets and identifying patterns, problems, and opportunities across large websites.
• Hands-on curiosity about AI and automation, including experimentation with ways to streamline SEO work.
• Confidence using SEO data to analyse performance and inform decisions.
• Ability to explain complex analysis clearly, challenge assumptions, and influence stakeholders with evidence-based recommendations.
• Agility and ownership in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and ambiguous problems.

Hiring process

• One-hour video interview with the Head of SEO, Senior SEO Manager, and team.
• Take-home task completed within three days and presented in a 90-minute video session.
