Banking Services Operations Associate IV - Payment Services (Hybrid - See locations in posting)

Location: Hybrid, reporting from Baltimore, MD; Amherst, NY; or Bridgeport, CT, United States. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.

Salary: $25.07–$41.79 per hour USD.

What you will do

• Research and process complex domestic and international wire transactions across multiple wire-system queues.
• Troubleshoot wire issues, monitor overdraft transactions, process incoming wires and returns, and verify customer wire templates.
• Complete advanced account reconciliations and process regulatory reports and departmental application re-certifications.
• Perform annual system and physical security validations using SWIFT Customer Security Program control guidelines.
• Monitor departmental mailboxes, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve operational issues.
• Write and maintain operational procedures while identifying and escalating risk-related issues.

Requirements

• High school education.
• At least 3 years of general work experience.
• Sound judgment while working under moderate supervision and servicing internal and external customers.
• Ability to follow bank risk, regulatory, compliance, and internal control standards.
• Ability to work in the required hybrid model from Baltimore, Amherst, or Bridgeport.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of bank operations experience.
