TL;DR

Solutions Architect - China / Singapore (SaaS/Web Data): Architecting technical solutions and implementations for strategic customers, from pre-sales discovery and proof-of-concepts to long-term adoption and expansion, with an accent on web data infrastructure, customer integrations, and technical stakeholder communication. Focus on building POCs, integrating Python or Node solutions with modern web automation frameworks, translating customer requirements into product features, and optimizing scalable data collection architectures.

What you will do

Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and lead technical discovery through whiteboarding sessions.
Build sophisticated proof-of-concepts demonstrating the value of web data solutions.
Lead technical implementations and help customer teams integrate solutions into their systems.
Conduct technical reviews to identify optimization opportunities, new use cases, and advanced architectural adoption.
Translate customer requirements into product features and coordinate delivery with Product and Engineering.
Lead workshops and document use cases and reference solutions for internal and external audiences.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a senior technical client-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
Experience in SaaS, cloud, or data environments.
Proficiency in Python or Node and strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP protocols, and networking.
Hands-on experience with Puppeteer, Playwright, or Selenium.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and work closely with developers.
Proactive, organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple high-priority projects.
