Senior Solutions Architect (AI/DevSecOps)

Location: Remote, based in Singapore; the role covers primarily Singapore and Taiwan.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and validation of hirify.global's AI-powered DevSecOps platform.
• Own solution design, proofs of concept and proofs of value, workshops, tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.
• Partner with Account Executives and go-to-market teams across Asia on customer acquisition and expansion strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with technical practitioners, business leaders, and customer advocates.
• Advise customers on software development, CI/CD, security, cloud practices, and digital transformation.
• Share customer feedback, use cases, and competitive insights with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing while creating reusable technical guidance.

Requirements

• Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, solution design, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Generative and Agentic AI in software delivery.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global or comparable source control, CI/CD, and collaboration platforms.
• Practical knowledge of cloud computing, deployment, security, and operations.
• Experience leading technical evaluations, proofs of concept or value, workshops, tenders, audits, or value stream assessments.
• Fluent Mandarin is required for engaging stakeholders from C-level executives through end-user buyers.
