What you will do

• Ensure alumni and supporter CRM systems deliver high-quality services across engagement, volunteering, and fundraising activities.
• Embed a data-driven culture and promote joined-up use of information across the University.
• Use insight and analysis to guide strategy, operational delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee divisional and Challenge Accepted campaign reporting.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Information & Insight team.

Requirements

• Significant experience in information management, insight, reporting, and analysis within a complex organisation.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to data-driven, evidence-based decision making.

Nice to have

• Experience in higher education, fundraising, alumni relations, or a comparable environment.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and related data management processes.
• Experience implementing best practices in information management and insight, including opportunities presented by AI.
