What you will do

• Set the direction and roadmap for the Data function in line with business objectives.
• Lead, develop, and support a high-performing team of data professionals.
• Establish strong data governance, quality, security, and accessibility standards.
• Oversee data platforms, reporting, analytics capabilities, and related processes.
• Partner with Technology, Product, Commercial, Finance, Operations, Customer, and executive stakeholders.
• Translate data and insights into commercially meaningful decisions, opportunities, and customer improvements.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading Data, Analytics, or Business Intelligence functions.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver data strategies supporting business objectives.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality, security, and best practices.
• Experience leading large-scale data platforms, reporting, or analytics capabilities.
• Experience in retail, ecommerce, digital, or consumer-focused businesses.

Nice to have

• Exposure to cloud-based data technologies and modern data platforms.
• Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Familiarity with data products or self-service analytics approaches.
