Personal Lines Account Manager (Insurance)

Salary: $26.44–$36.06 per hour

What you will do

• Gather, review, and organize information for new and renewal business submissions and applications.
• Provide daily customer service consultation and account management.
• Coordinate program marketing and underwriting activities.
• Manage administrative tasks including billing, processing, and database maintenance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, specifically auto and homeowners insurance.
• Current Property & Casualty insurance license, or ability to obtain one within 6 months.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a commitment to high-quality customer service.
• Strong attention to detail.
