Location: Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, or Marlow, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

What you will do
- Lead contract governance across customer obligations, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Identify delivery risks proactively and create recovery plans to protect customer retention.
- Hold internal stakeholders accountable for contractual commitments and service delivery.
- Coach and develop a customer performance team.
- Build trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
Requirements
- Experience in contract management, customer success, or service delivery.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to interpret contractual commitments.
- Experience leading and developing customer-facing teams.
- Confidence influencing and challenging stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
