What you will do

• Execute client trades with a focus on best execution, market-impact mitigation, and discretion.
• Develop and implement quantitative strategies for proprietary and client-focused trading.
• Analyze crypto market trends and liquidity to support trading decisions and client insights.
• Monitor and manage trading risks in real time for the firm and its clients.
• Build algorithmic trading tools and infrastructure to automate and improve execution.
• Apply statistical analysis to improve trading models and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Strong foundation in trading algorithms and a proven track record in quantitative trading and client execution.
• Experience in crypto or comparable financial markets.
• Expertise in C++ or Rust and familiarity with blockchain technology.
• Strong analytical, communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
