What you will do

• Design polished, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web products.
• Transform product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Build intuitive experiences for insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial services.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, including components and design tokens.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver accurate, pixel-perfect implementations.
• Iterate designs using user feedback, analytics, and usability testing while ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and visual consistency.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience designing digital products, especially mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, interaction design, and UI craftsmanship; a portfolio is required for consideration.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, Auto Layout, and components.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first design, iOS and Android platform guidelines, responsive layouts, UX principles, and information architecture.
• Ability to simplify complex user journeys and explain design decisions and individual contributions.
• Strong English communication skills are required; candidates must already be based in Switzerland.
