Senior Visual Designer (AI)

hirify.global is building an operating system for security operations centers through an agentic security platform where AI agents investigate and triage security alerts.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the platform's visual language for clean, legible interfaces across technical and data-heavy surfaces.
• Develop high-fidelity visual patterns and reusable building blocks for dashboards and data-dense workflows.
• Transform UX flows and low-fidelity concepts into polished, production-ready components, assets, and implementation specifications.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver interfaces with high visual fidelity.
• Audit, document, and improve consistency across the visual design system.
• Provide feedback and direction that raises visual craft across the design team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in visual design, UI design, or product design with a strong visual focus.
• Portfolio demonstrating depth in typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and data visualization.
• Experience designing complex, data-rich products and building or leading contributions to a visually focused design system.
• High proficiency in Figma.
• Strong attention to spacing, alignment, and visual polish.
• Comfort giving direction and feedback to other designers in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience designing security, infrastructure, or other technical B2B products.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tooling as part of a regular workflow.
