TL;DR
UX Designer (Figma): Designing user interfaces for precision measuring instruments and desktop applications with an accent on interaction design, visual design, and scalable design systems. What you will do
- Design user interfaces for measuring instruments and desktop applications.
- Collaborate with requirements engineering, product management, software development, and international project teams.
- Create and validate high- and low-fidelity interaction designs.
- Solve complex design problems, evaluate design variants, and develop implementation-ready solutions.
- Extend and maintain high-fidelity design systems, product-specific UI guidelines, and company-wide UX/UI standards.
- Guide software development teams during feature implementation and design visual UI elements such as icons, graphics, and interface skins.
Requirements
- Degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Media Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional UI design experience in a product development environment.
- Proficiency in interaction and visual design, design systems, and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Familiarity with software UI libraries and component-based design.
- Advanced visual design skills using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Good English skills are required; German is a plus. Strong communication, teamwork, analytical skills, structured working habits, and attention to detail are expected.
Nice to have
- Experience developing scalable design systems and guidelines.
- Experience working on connected products and understanding user behavior in this context.
- German language skills.
