Marketing Manager (Talk & Sport)

Bauer Media Audio Ireland operates commercial radio, digital media, podcast, streaming, and digital audio advertising brands, including Newstalk, Today FM, 98FM, SPIN, Off The Ball, and GoLoud.

What you will do

• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies supporting business growth, revenue targets, audience growth, and engagement.
• Plan and manage end-to-end campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.
• Conduct market research, identify audience trends, and translate insights into actionable plans and targets.
• Define KPIs, report on performance and ROI, manage budgets, and drive marketing efficiencies.
• Lead a small team and collaborate with content, commercial, digital, and events teams.
• Develop brand activations, partnerships, and collaborations to increase reach and engagement.

Requirements

• At least three years of consumer marketing experience with a record of delivering successful campaigns.
• Experience developing and delivering brand, product, and digital marketing strategies.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing for a consumer brand in a managerial role.
• Strong communication, analytical, creative, planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and objectives.
• People management experience.
