What you will do

  • Manage an active caseload and process Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance services through product delivery.
  • Communicate with customers by telephone, email, and written correspondence using approved templates and instructions.
  • Collect required information and documentation, review medical records for rated ages, and enter accurate data into the case management system.
  • Prepare documents, templates, correspondence, exception reports, and daily Work Condition Reports using multiple software programs.
  • Educate customers on available services, address questions and concerns, and escalate issues to the Team Leader when necessary.
  • Collaborate across teams, provide backup support through cross-training, and protect confidential information.

Requirements

  • Must work remotely from Arizona, United States.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PDF software.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information, maintain accurate records, and collaborate across teams.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 1–3 years of Workers’ Compensation experience.
  • Experience managing a caseload.
