Client Service Specialist, Business Insurance

What you will do

• Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues.
• Work with department members to meet customer service needs.
• Process business insurance changes and perform rating activities.
• Maintain accurate client data and complete detailed administrative tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license, or ability to obtain it within 90 days.
• Two years of Business Insurance experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Permanent and ongoing legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Insurance designations such as CISR, AAI, or CIC.
• Experience with EPIC, Sagitta, or ImageRight.
