Junior Python Developer (Python)

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and document software components using Python and related frameworks.
• Assist with API development, backend services, application integration, and interoperability components.
• Create and execute unit tests, support testing activities, and help resolve software defects.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, deployment, configuration, and software maintenance.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, business analysts, and stakeholders in Agile teams.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate Python knowledge and an understanding of object-oriented programming and coding best practices.
• At least 2 years of overall IT experience, including 1 year of hands-on Python development with related frameworks.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, application integration, relational databases, and SQL fundamentals.
• Understanding of Git, Agile methodologies, and the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, learning, and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with PyTest or UnitTest.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, GCP, Docker, or CI/CD tools.
