Internship Artificial Intelligence Agent Developer (AI)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid workhirify.global. The internship lasts a minimum of 6 months and requires 36 hours per week. Durhirify.global the internship, enrollment at a Dutch university is mandatory, or at an EU university for EU passport holders.

Internship allowance: €700 per month based on a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Design and develop AI agent solutions ushirify.global Microsoft Co-Pilot to support non-financial risk processes.
• Prototype and validate automation approaches for risk management.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data and translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Research developments in AI agents and data science and support internal AI knowledge sessions.
• Collaborate with risk experts, IT teams, and stakeholders across hirify.global Netherlands and Group NFR departments.
• Present demos, outcomes, and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Master’s student in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience with machine learnhirify.global, data analysis, or AI/LLM frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot, prompt engineerhirify.global, and buildhirify.global AI agents.
• Interest in risk management, bankhirify.global, or regulatory environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solvhirify.global, communication, and technical explanation skills.
• Enrollment at a Dutch university is required, or enrollment at an EU university for EU passport holders.
