Product Manager – Securities & Commodities

Location: Vienna, Austria; hybrid working model combining onsite collaboration and remote work

hirify.global operates a multi-asset investment platform for cryptocurrencies, stocks, precious metals, commodities, and other financial products across Europe.

What you will do

• Own product flows for securities and commodities, including equity trading interfaces, margin trading touchpoints, and RWA execution steps.
• Write product specifications, process flows, and user stories for Engineering.
• Collaborate with UX, Design, Data, Engineering, and Business Operations to create transparent retail trading experiences.
• Maintain delivery velocity and improve task completion across product flows.
• Track adoption and performance metrics to identify UX friction and drive continuous optimization.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of Product Management experience building trading, retail brokerage, or fintech products.
• Experience in a MiFID II or otherwise regulated environment is preferred.
• Functional understanding of capital markets, order execution, clearing, and retail investing mechanics.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset with practical experience using product analytics.
• Strong structured communication skills for translating business and technical requirements into product specifications.
• Familiarity with multi-asset investing platforms.
