(Associate) Product Manager - Tax Enablement (m/f/x)

What you will do

• Support and take ownership of tax product development from discovery through launch.
• Define product strategy and roadmaps focused on user experience, data quality, and process efficiency.
• Design intuitive self-service tax experiences, including tax overviews, submissions, and tax-data interactions.
• Own the collection, maintenance, and structuring of client tax-relevant data for downstream systems and reporting.
• Build internal tools and workflows for teams managing tax-related client requests and operations.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and tax domain experts.

Requirements

• Interest in taxation, client data, reporting, and regulatory processes in German and international contexts.
• Initial experience in product management or a related field such as business analysis, operations, consulting, or project management.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or similarly complex environments is advantageous.
• Strong UX affinity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Hands-on ability to work from ideation and research through prototyping and user stories.
• Excellent English communication skills required; German is advantageous.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar agile working tools.
