Working Student Product Management (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Munich, Germany, with one day per week onsite at the central Munich office

hirify.global is a digital investment and banking platform offering brokerage, wealth management, lending, savings, and investment products across Europe.

What you will do

• Support the product team with operational tasks, market research, business analysis, and documentation.
• Analyze customer data, user research, and feedback to develop user empathy and inform product decisions.
• Create product specifications and wireframes for new features and product improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers to bring digital financial products to life.
• Test web and mobile UX to help maintain high quality standards.

Requirements

• Passion for digital products and an interest in financial markets.
• Excellent academic background in a relevant field such as computer science, business information systems, business engineering, or business administration.
• Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's programme in Germany and expected to remain enrolled for at least one year.
• Proactive and independent working style.
• Excellent English communication skills. German is advantageous but not required.
• Availability of approximately 16–20 hours per week and willingness to work onsite in Munich one day per week.

• Previous internship or professional experience.
