What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for the SPS hardware portfolio aligned with business goals, the software ecosystem, and market needs.
• Drive innovation by challenging the portfolio and identifying new form factors, technologies, and device categories.
• Conduct customer and partner discovery (visits, trade fairs) and feed real-world insights back into the roadmap.
• Define and prioritize hardware initiatives, balancing customer value, cost, manufacturability, certification/regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility.
• Partner with Hardware Engineering to translate market needs into clear requirements and manage trade-offs.
• Manage full product lifecycle including pricing and portfolio performance; coordinate roll-out with Sales, Marketing, and Support.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of product management experience with physical products, ideally in medtech/healthtech or voice productivity solutions (dictation hardware experience is ideal).
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong technical understanding to communicate effectively with hardware developers and grasp hardware quickly.
• Structured, analytical mindset combined with hands-on customer discovery (“get out of the building”).
• Proven track record of driving innovation and product discovery, translating complex user needs into product decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical, commercial, and operational partners.
