Senior Digital Product Manager – SW Platform (MedTech)

Location: Kfar Saba, Israel; full-time work from the Kfar Saba office is required.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for shared software platform capabilities across products and applications.
• Lead platform initiatives covering infrastructure, connectivity, cloud enablement, shared services, interoperability, and scalability.
• Define user needs, product requirements, acceptance criteria, release scope, and measurable outcomes.
• Prioritize and manage the Agile backlog, supporting roadmap planning, sprint planning, refinement, release activities, and feature acceptance.
• Partner with engineering and architecture on secure infrastructure, data flows, integrations, cloud services, and multi-application growth.
• Coordinate engineering, cybersecurity, quality, regulatory, clinical, commercial, and product stakeholders while managing risks, dependencies, and delivery plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, product ownership, systems engineering, software engineering, or a related role.
• Experience delivering software products, platform capabilities, technical infrastructure initiatives, or shared software services.
• Working knowledge of software infrastructure, cloud technologies, APIs, connectivity solutions, data flows, or modern software architectures.
• Experience with Agile development practices, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, and acceptance criteria definition.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills and ability to work full-time from the Kfar Saba office.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical devices, digital health, healthcare software, or another regulated environment.
• Knowledge of Software as a Medical Device, medical device quality systems, cybersecurity, data privacy, compliance, or secure connectivity.
• Experience with cloud platforms, connected device ecosystems, interoperability, or multi-product software architecture.
• Experience with distributed or global development teams, Scrum Product Owner certification, or Agile product management training.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
