Technical Product Manager (Mobile SDK)

What you will do

• Support the full lifecycle of Mobile and Web SDK products, from requirements and design through development, rollout, and post-launch improvements.
• Define and prioritize product capabilities with Engineering, Solution Engineering, Program Management, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.
• Lead customer-facing technical discussions, implementations, integrations, and feature validations.
• Write product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to support data-driven product decisions.
• Use AI-powered and agentic tools to create product artifacts, automate workflows, and support go-to-market activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Product Management experience and 3+ years of prior experience in a technical customer-facing role.
• Experience leading customer-facing technical discussions, implementations, integrations, or technical projects.
• Strong understanding of Mobile SDKs, Web technologies, APIs, and client-server architectures.
• Familiarity with Android, iOS, modern web technologies, and Agile development environments.
• Ability to translate technical and business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required. A B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent qualification is required.

• Software development experience.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, cloud-based solutions, AI/ML, or cybersecurity products.
