Technical Product Manager (Mobile SDK)

What you will do

• Support the full product lifecycle for Mobile and Web SDKs, from requirements and design through rollout and post-launch improvements.
• Define and prioritize product capabilities with Engineering, Solution Engineering, Program Management, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.
• Work with customers and internal stakeholders to understand technical challenges, gather feedback, and translate needs into product requirements.
• Participate in customer meetings, implementations, technical discussions, and feature validation.
• Write product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, and enablement materials.
• Use AI-powered and agentic tools to create product artifacts, automate workflows, improve engineering communication, and support delivery.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Product Management experience and 3+ years in a prior technical customer-facing role.
• Experience leading customer technical discussions, implementations, integrations, or technical projects.
• Strong understanding of Mobile SDKs, web technologies, APIs, and client-server architectures.
• Familiarity with Android, iOS, modern web technologies, and Agile development environments.
• Ability to translate technical and business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required. A B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent qualification is also required.

Nice to have

• Software development experience.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or AI/ML and cybersecurity products.
