Product Development – Licensing & Consumer Products

hirify.global Games develops digital gaming brands and is expanding its licensing and consumer products activity.

What you will do

• Build and shape the consumer product development strategy across licensing categories.
• Identify market, design, and consumer trends and translate them into product opportunities.
• Define product categories, collections, and product lines aligned with hirify.global’s brands and consumers.
• Work with licensees, manufacturers, factories, and external partners throughout product development.
• Provide creative direction and review product concepts, materials, packaging, and samples.
• Translate hirify.global’s digital IP into commercially relevant physical consumer products.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant product development experience in licensing or consumer products.
• Experience developing physical consumer products from concept through product line development.
• Experience working with major international brands or globally recognized licensed IPs.
• Experience managing manufacturers and factories, including pricing negotiations and product development processes.
• Strong understanding of translating entertainment, gaming, or character-based IP into physical products.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Background in design, product design, fashion, graphic design, or a related creative discipline.
• Experience developing product ranges across one or more consumer product categories.
