What you will do

  • Lead the preparation and oversight of the NFRD process globally to ensure consistency and high-quality second line challenge.
  • Manage NFR RAS KRI reporting globally and locally in collaboration with KRI owners and Risk COEs.
  • Own and update reporting templates, risk thresholds, and NFRD architecture to keep them fit for purpose.
  • Drive the implementation of standardized reporting processes to reduce the workload for local teams.
  • Oversee the event reporting process, including regulatory reporting obligations.
  • Establish the reporting book of work to upgrade strategic reporting capabilities and track progress.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Experience in a reporting function, ideally within risk or compliance.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools such as PowerBI, Cognos, and Excel.
  • Strong project management and consensus-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, influence stakeholders, and drive delivery.
  • Must be based in or be able to work in Amsterdam to support a hybrid model.
