Data & AI Transformation Lead (Data Platforms/AI): Driving data adoption, governance, and the enterprise data platform roadmap across an international engineering organisation with an accent on scalable data and AI capabilities, data quality, and business-led transformation. Focus on embedding data-informed decision-making, aligning senior stakeholders, and preparing the organisation for AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
Location: Kinderdijk, Netherlands; flexible working with regular office commuting
Salary: €5,700–€8,565 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance

What you will do
- Drive adoption of data and analytics across the organisation and embed data-informed decision-making into daily operations.
- Own the vision and roadmap for the enterprise data platform.
- Translate business needs into scalable data and AI capabilities.
- Improve data quality, ownership, governance, metadata, and standardisation.
- Develop and grow the data and analytics community.
- Align business leaders, IT, data specialists, and external partners around data and technology priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data, analytics, digital transformation, or adoption initiatives.
- Experience working with senior leaders and managing stakeholders.
- Experience with data platforms, roadmap development, or product ownership.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata, and data ownership.
- Ability to translate business challenges into practical data solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and analytics environments, plus strong communication, influencing, and change management skills.

- Affinity with AI and an understanding of how high-quality data enables AI success.
