Data & AI Transformation Lead (AI)

Location: Kinderdijk, Netherlands, with flexible working and office attendance on commuting days

Salary: €5,700–€8,565 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance

What you will do

• Own the functional direction of hirify.global’s enterprise data platform.
• Drive adoption of data and analytics and embed data-informed decision-making across the business.
• Define the data platform vision, roadmap, and scalable data and AI capabilities.
• Improve data quality, ownership, governance, metadata, and standardisation.
• Develop the data and analytics community and prepare the organisation for AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Align business leaders, IT, data specialists, and external partners around data transformation priorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data, analytics, digital transformation, or data adoption initiatives.
• Experience with data platforms, roadmap development, or product ownership.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata, and data ownership.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and change management skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical data solutions and understand how high-quality data enables AI success.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and analytics environments.
