Deal Desk Manager (Hospitality Tech)

What you will do

• Own review and approval for non-standard, complex, and high-value deals.
• Structure pricing and commercial terms with Sales and Account Management while ensuring revenue recognition and margin requirements are met.
• Partner with Legal on non-standard terms and contract redlines.
• Own and optimize the workflow from signed contract to go-live, identifying blockers and escalating issues with recommendations.
• Build automated, agentic workflows across Chargebee, PandaDoc, HubSpot, n8n, and Claude.
• Act as the point of contact for complicated deals and measure review cycle time, manual intervention, and time to live revenue.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in deal desk, revenue operations, business operations, or commercial finance.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex funnel data into prioritized improvements.
• Hands-on experience building workflow automations.
• Strong commercial risk judgment and a pragmatic approach to decision-making.
• Confidence challenging processes and working effectively with ambiguity while building a new function.
• Familiarity with subscription billing and contract tooling.

• Experience with Chargebee and PandaDoc.
