AMS Europe Team Lead Wealth & Front (Wealth Management/Banking): Leading a business analyst team responsible for Web & Mobile, Static Data, CRM, PFM, Rebalancing, and second-level platform support with an accent on stakeholder alignment, incident management, and compliant financial technology solutions. Focus on prioritizing incident resolution, analyzing root causes, improving platform workflows, and guiding teams through complex solution development.
Location: Am Seestern 8, 40547 Düsseldorf, Germany; hybrid and flexible working.

What you will do
- Lead daily stand-ups, team meetings, workload distribution, performance feedback, conflict resolution, and team-building activities.
- Guide business analysts in developing Web & Mobile, Static Data, CRM, PFM, and Rebalancing solutions with security and compliance requirements.
- Engage banking clients and stakeholders, align business requirements with technical efforts, and coordinate status updates, workshops, and key meetings.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies, define processes for platform operations, and coordinate cross-departmental platform integration.
- Investigate platform incidents, analyze root causes, prioritize backlog resolution, collaborate with developers on fixes, and maintain the platform knowledge base.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in incident management and second-level support.
- At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams in a business analysis or similar environment.
- Expertise in Web & Mobile, Static Data, and/or Rebalancing, plus experience managing incident backlogs and prioritizing issue resolution.
- Advanced SQL experience and understanding of security and compliance standards in the financial sector.
- Proven experience in team leadership, project management, communication, collaboration, and guiding complex technical solution development.

- Experience in the IT and banking sectors.
- PL/SQL or Script experience.
