Product Owner - Hybrid Cloud (Microsoft Azure)

What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for hybrid cloud services.
• Shape services across Microsoft Azure, Enterprise Private Cloud, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Govern service delivery partners and ensure quality, scope, service levels, and lifecycle commitments.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives for provisioning, patching, backup, billing, and other operational processes.
• Drive service governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, continuous improvement, and unified infrastructure management.
• Own the hybrid cloud service budget, including forecasting, cost control, and partner-spend accountability.

Requirements

• Experience in product ownership, product management, or a similar IT service delivery role.
• Experience owning or managing infrastructure, hybrid cloud, or managed services in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience prioritizing backlogs and governing delivery according to business and stakeholder needs.
• Strong vendor and partner management skills, including accountability for quality, scope, and delivery outcomes.
• Understanding of service lifecycle management, service catalogues, governance, and financial responsibility.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with agile product practices, ITIL, Microsoft Azure, Azure Arc, AIOps, or cloud financial governance.
