Product Manager - Clearing and Settlement

Location: Hong Kong; remote work arrangement

What you will do

• Design and deliver the TradFi clearing and settlement platform, with a focus on backend capabilities.
• Lead the product roadmap and execution for clearing and settlement systems.
• Design full lifecycle management for trade and non-trade reconciliation, anomaly detection, error handling, and settlement.
• Define and monitor system and business metrics, including false positive rate, processing time, and reliability, and drive continuous optimization through data and experimentation.
• Partner with engineering, product, spot operations, futures operations, treasury, and finance teams on settlement, reconciliation, and fund flow management.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, investigate issues, identify system and process gaps, and drive end-to-end execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in clearing and settlement, fintech, or platform and infrastructure products.
• Deep understanding of settlement, reconciliation, ledger systems, or fund flow design.
• Familiarity with backend system design and APIs, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams on system architecture.
• Data-driven and analytical approach, including experience using metrics to guide product decisions.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a global or multi-region environment, with strong ownership and structured thinking.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills are required for coordination with external partners and stakeholders.
