Student Worker, IT Finance

Location: Copenhagen Head Office; the role is based in Frederiksberg, Denmark

Working hours: approximately 8–15 hours per week

What you will do

• Support recurring financial reporting, including actuals, forecasts, accruals, and budget performance follow-up.
• Work with financial data using Excel, Power BI, Business Central, and other reporting tools.
• Help improve transparency around IT costs, cost drivers, and financial performance.
• Maintain reporting templates, documentation, and presentation materials.
• Assist with ad hoc analyses, reconciliations, presentations, and stakeholder requests.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting, data analytics, or a related field.
• Interest in reporting, financial analysis, and working with data.
• Structured, detail-oriented, curious, and analytical approach.
• Reliable, willing to learn, and able to take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Professional English skills, both written and spoken.
• Availability for approximately 8–15 hours per week, with flexibility around studies, classes, and exam periods.

Nice to have

• Experience with Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Business Central, or similar tools.
