About the Role

You will assess and process consumer onboarding applications, conduct KYC and sanctions screening, verify documentation, maintain accurate internal data, communicate with customers through multiple channels, identify risks, and improve onboarding performance while maintaining compliance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in KYC, AML, or customer onboarding
• Experience in a financial institution or regulated fintech is preferred
• Fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken
• Structured approach to work
• Understanding of risk
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assess and process consumer onboarding applications end-to-end
• Conduct KYC and sanctions screening
• Verify customer documentation
• Maintain accurate customer data in internal systems
• Handle customer contact through email, messages, and phone
• Identify risks early and contribute to continuous improvement
• Improve team performance in volume and quality while maintaining compliance
