Senior Director, Finance Business Partnering, Engineering & Workplace (Manufacturing)

Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Partner with the SVP and leadership team to translate strategy into financial priorities, trade-offs, and actions.
• Lead financial governance for a global capex portfolio covering factory construction, manufacturing platforms, automation, and digitalisation.
• Evaluate business cases using NPV, ROI, scenarios, and portfolio prioritisation to improve resource allocation and value realisation.
• Drive planning, forecasting, performance management, cost transparency, and actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Connect engineering and manufacturing transformation initiatives with measurable business value.
• Lead and develop a team of 8 Finance Business Partners while collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, HR, digital, and finance.

Requirements

• Senior finance leadership experience in global manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Proven finance business partnering experience in complex, technical organisations.
• Strong experience with capex-heavy environments, large-scale projects, and investment or portfolio management.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to connect technical decisions to business value.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
• Integrity-driven leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
