Data Center - Supply Chain Manager (EMEA)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands, or remote within the EU. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement of server and GPU infrastructure for new data center builds.
• Negotiate directly with OEM and ODM manufacturers to secure supply commitments and favorable commercial terms.
• Track procurement tasks through dashboards and reports, ensuring timely completion.
• Optimize costs, manage supply constraints, and handle vendor escalations.
• Coordinate procurement activities with engineering, logistics, finance, and operations.
• Support maintenance procurement after data center go-live through stock planning and urgent purchasing.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in server or data center hardware procurement.
• Direct experience working with ODM and OEM manufacturers.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience securing supply in constrained markets.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Ability to understand technical infrastructure requirements quickly.
• Working proficiency in English and authorization to work in the country of application are required.

• Hands-on GPU procurement experience.
• Experience with hyperscale or AI infrastructure environments.
