Salary: $150,000–$180,000 annual

What you will do

• Administer and service public entity accounts participating in joint insurance funds.
• Develop expertise in New Jersey regulations governing joint insurance funds and meet required reporting timelines.
• Identify insurance markets and alternative risk mechanisms for public entity placements.
• Prepare marketing and underwriting data, including carrier-required Excel worksheets.
• Review quotations, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
• Delegate assignments to support staff, monitor completion, and assist producers with service matters.

Requirements

• Current New Jersey Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• At least five years of public entity insurance or equivalent property and casualty insurance experience.
• Prior supervisory or management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional customer relationship skills.
• High school certificate required; bachelor's degree preferred.
