Strategic Advisory Services Principal Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Location: Singapore; remote work indicated. Client travel of up to 30% may be required, sometimes with less than three weeks’ notice.

What you will do

• Lead large and complex strategic cybersecurity advisory engagements for technical and executive stakeholders.
• Assess and develop cybersecurity, incident response, business resilience, and security programs.
• Design scenarios using threat intelligence to exercise customer response and recovery capabilities.
• Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, findings, and recommendations to customer management and boards.
• Manage internal programs and teams, support staffing and scheduling, and contribute to sales and business development.
• Represent cybersecurity thought leadership through written publications and public speaking.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in security or IT management consulting, security program development, security operations, risk analysis, cybersecurity policy, or public and government affairs.
• Experience facilitating exercises for incident management, cybersecurity readiness, or business resilience.
• Experience leading cybersecurity posture or maturity assessments and delivering professional reports to executive or board stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with customers and international team members.
• Strong project management skills, strategic analysis capabilities, and the ability to complete complex work independently.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
