Senior Incident Responder - CSIRT (AI): Leading major cyber incident response and coordinating stakeholders across ING's business and technology teams with an accent on security operations, cloud response, computer forensics, and modern EDR/SOAR tooling. Focus on designing response capabilities, applying AI-assisted and agentic techniques, mitigating complex incidents, and mentoring incident responders.
Location: HBP (Amsterdam - Haarlerbergpark), Netherlands; hybrid working

What you will do
- Lead significant and major security incidents, making risk-based containment and mitigation decisions and escalating when required.
- Coordinate the Incident Response squad on a rotational basis and oversee day-to-day incident handling.
- Define, review, and update response plans and capabilities based on the threat landscape.
- Contribute to technical and tabletop security incident response testing.
- Support security detection and response service vision and roadmaps, while collaborating with security teams, government bodies, sector peers, and trusted security communities.
- Mentor junior and medior responders and report activity progress to the Head of the Security Defence Center.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a comparable field.
- 8–10 years of professional experience in incident response, security operations, or related information security roles, ideally in large, complex, or regulated organizations.
- Expert knowledge of security incident response, security detection and monitoring technologies, cloud response capabilities, and IT platforms.
- Experience with networking, cloud and application log data, modern EDR and SOAR solutions, and computer forensics across Windows, Linux, macOS, and cloud environments.
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted response techniques, AI capabilities, and agentic architectures for analysis, automation, and decision-making.
- Professional working proficiency in Dutch and English is required.
