About the Role

You support the COO, CEO, CBO, Head of Payments, and Sales and BD team by preparing documents, analyses, partner materials, project plans, and administrative outputs. You help with customer and partner onboarding, coordinate partnership execution, track projects, integrate partners into the platform, complete stakeholder forms, manage records, and use AI tools for research, drafting, analysis, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in an analyst project management operations partnerships consulting fintech financial services or digital-assets role
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Strong analytical ability and clear written communication
• Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed
• Strong interest in and basic understanding of blockchain technology and stablecoins
• Practical fluency with AI tools for research drafting summarization analysis and productivity workflows
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal documents briefs analyses and decision materials
• Collect structure and analyse information from internal and external sources
• Turn complex inputs into summaries recommendations and execution plans
• Support customer and partner onboarding
• Prepare partner briefs customer analyses meeting notes proposals and onboarding checklists
• Coordinate next steps across internal teams
• Develop project plans with tasks timelines owners and budgets
• Monitor project progress and flag needed adjustments
• Maintain project records and prepare status reports and documentation
• Assist with partner integration into the platform
• Complete forms for external partners providers banks auditors and other stakeholders
• Organize and execute internal and external administrative tasks
• Use AI tools for research drafting analysis documentation and productivity workflows
• Validate AI-generated outputs before use
