Focus on designing signup, onboarding, deposit, progression, rewards, and re-engagement journeys, interpreting data science results, and mentoring designers while evolving the design system.

What you will do
- Own growth-focused product experiences across signup, deposits, onboarding, first-session experiences, rewards, tiers, challenges, lifecycle communications, and re-engagement.
- Frame user problems, develop behavioral hypotheses, design interventions, and evaluate measurable product outcomes.
- Create variants for experimentation, collaborate with data science, and use results to guide product iterations.
- Use AI-powered tools and rapid prototyping to turn concepts into functional, clickable experiences.
- Design transparent and fair reward, retention, and progression mechanics that support sustainable engagement.
- Influence product strategy and roadmap priorities while mentoring designers and evolving the design system.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional product design experience, primarily with consumer products.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment with measurable personal impact.
- Proven growth-design experience improving activation, conversion, retention, monetization, or related product metrics.
- Professional or personal experience with iGaming products, including casino, sportsbook, poker, or related experiences.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral psychology, exceptional visual and interaction design skills, and strong command of Figma.
- Experience building AI prototypes, tools, agents, or workflows, plus familiarity with cryptocurrency and Web3 mechanics; a portfolio and AI-built project example are required.
