is a crypto company expanding from NFT marketplaces into Dicey, a blockchain-based real-time sports betting and casino platform.
What you will do
- Own growth experiences including signup, deposits, onboarding, first-session flows, rewards, tiers, challenges, races, lifecycle messaging, and re-engagement.
- Frame player problems, develop behavioral hypotheses, design interventions, and evaluate their impact on activation, conversion, retention, and monetization.
- Create experiment variants and partner with data science on performance readouts.
- Build functional AI-assisted prototypes quickly to support product decisions.
- Design reward and retention mechanics that support long-term player trust and fairness.
- Develop the design system, mentor designers, provide feedback, and collaborate with product, engineering, data science, VIP/BD, and lifecycle teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience on consumer products, including experience in a hyper-growth startup with personally driven impact.
- Track record of improving a real product metric and explaining the hypothesis, design, result, and lessons learned.
- Professional or personal experience with casino, sportsbook, or poker products and genuine interest in iGaming.
- Applied knowledge of behavioral psychology, including reward schedules, variable reinforcement, progression, status systems, framing, and loss aversion.
- Experience building AI-powered prototypes, tools, agents, or workflows, plus strong Figma and prototyping skills.
- Comfort with crypto and Web3 mechanics, high autonomy, ambiguity tolerance, rapid execution, and clear communication.
