GCM Client Administrator II - CLO

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; other acceptable locations include Wilmington, Delaware, Dallas, Texas, and Baltimore, Maryland. The position may be based anywhere throughout the United States.

Salary: $24.87–$41.45 per hour

What you will do

• Support Relationship Managers with oversight of client relationships and coordinate with auditors, underwriters, CLO managers, private debt managers, and other stakeholders.
• Perform daily cash application, position reconciliation, and daily and monthly tie-outs of underlying loan characteristics.
• Process trades and wires and assist with global asset setup, maintenance, notices, warehouse reporting, compliance reporting, and waterfall payments.
• Support the full servicing lifecycle, including account setup, KYC procedures, loan administration, and CLO client operations.
• Identify, recommend, and implement workflow improvements and participate in special projects and process initiatives.
• Follow risk, regulatory, internal control, and audit requirements, escalating risk-related issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience with direct client contact, or four years of combined higher education and/or work experience including at least one year of relevant direct client contact.
• Strong customer service focus and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, qualitative, and quantitative skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently while adhering to risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.
• Preferred experience includes finance, business, economics, or accounting education; advanced Microsoft Office and SQL skills; and familiarity with loan products and CLO operations.
• Preferred systems experience includes Clearpar, Solvas/CDO Suite, SEI, Wall Street Office, or LoanIQ.
