Lead Trust Operations Specialist - Client Services

Location: Fully onsite in Denver, Colorado

Salary: $26.00–$34.00 per hour, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Design and complete trust department projects and work assignments in line with departmental goals and policies.
• Process trade orders, trade placement, trade settlement, and outgoing wires for trade settlement.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock, bond, and mutual fund transfers, including accurate system booking, tax lots, and cost basis.
• Assist with tax form preparation, tax payments, and scheduling estimated tax payments.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and act as a liaison between Trust Management Services and CTC on trading and asset transfers.
• Coach, mentor, or train colleagues and provide subject-matter expertise when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of trust department goals and their contribution to bank objectives.
• Effective written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Time management, project management, analytical, and critical reasoning skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

• Experience with trade order processing, trade settlement, asset transfers, tax lots, and cost basis.
