What you will do

• Deliver low- to medium-complexity Advanced Analytics and Assortment Optimization projects from start to finish.
• Analyze data and translate findings into clear business recommendations and actionable insights.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, actions, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with clients, Sales, Modeling teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Present results and recommendations to clients.
• Identify client business challenges and contribute to training and coaching junior team members and interns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Analytics, Consulting, Market Research, Consumer Insights, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, and collaborate in a cross-country environment.
• English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
