Salary: $80,300 - $84,000 yearly

What you will do

• Solve clients' business questions using propriety NIQ tools and metrics to drive informed decisions.
• Translate numerical data into compelling stories with actionable recommendations and insightful callouts.
• Identify revenue leads independently and partner with Account Directors to convert them into opportunities.
• Guide and coach junior team members in data analysis and the use of NIQ tools.
• Lead Thought Leadership Projects and manage the client briefing process to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Execute the Service Model to maintain and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience in CPG, sales, category management, or market research.
• Proficiency in NIQ (or similar) analytics solutions, including POS and Panel Data.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical skills and the ability to build data-driven stories.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite 2-3 days a week in White Plains, NY.
