Client Account Services Specialist (Account Control & Monitoring): Supporting Relationship Managers across the account lifecycle through documentation review, static data maintenance, account monitoring, and closures with an accent on regulatory accuracy, timely processing, and quality assurance. Focus on reviewing dormant accounts, managing blocking and unblocking requests, investigating exceptions, and improving account control procedures.

What you will do

Provide account services support to Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers across the account lifecycle.
Process account blocking and unblocking requests accurately and within required timelines.
Review dormant accounts monthly and perform account closures in core banking systems.
Conduct static maintenance, bank-initiated account updates, trawling, quality assurance, and account monitoring.
Handle queries, exceptions, investigations, and escalations while coordinating with Compliance and Operations.
Maintain procedures, provide team coverage, and support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma qualification.
Meticulous and detail-oriented approach.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal direction.
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
