What you will do

• Manage trade allocation, pre-matching, and fails management to support successful settlement of client transactions.
• Support client onboarding by coordinating with desk, client integration, and middle-office teams.
• Serve as a primary contact for trade execution queries and complex transaction requests.
• Perform risk and control activities, maintain accurate books and records, and support regulatory compliance.
• Drive automation, improve straight-through processing rates, and scale operational workflows.
• Collaborate with sales, trading, technology, compliance, and business stakeholders on trade issues, new products, and market entries.

Requirements

• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external clients.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and operational risk mitigation.
• Experience with, or willingness to drive, automation and workflow improvements.
• Ability to support trade and position reporting obligations for APAC regulators, including HKMA, MAS, ASIC, and JFSA.
