Deal Execution Officer (Banking)

Location: Singapore

What you will do

• Manage mid-office lending activities for domestic and international bilateral and syndicated credit facilities.
• Register and monitor transactions in risk monitoring systems, including agent role responsibilities.
• Verify drawdown and payment requests while monitoring credit limits and availability.
• Collaborate with front office and risk management to structure and implement tailor-made transactions.
• Perform monthly reporting for suspense, Reverse GST Reconciliation, and regulatory reporting (TBGS and MAS610 H Form).
• Participate in interdepartmental projects, including testing and development of Lending systems.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, preferably majoring in Banking & Finance.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the banking industry.
• Proficiency in lending middle office operations and front-to-end workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Facility Agreements and administration of Financial Covenants.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and accounting background.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience with the LOANIQ system.
• Knowledge of SWIFT payment processes.
