Finance Business Partner

Location: Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, USA; routine or periodic travel to offices, training, and events is required, approximately 10–20% of the time.

What you will do

• Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly or ad hoc reports.
• Coordinate budgets and financial forecasts, analyze variances, and identify financial trends and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor monthly activity, data integrity, and financial accuracy.
• Partner with Department Team Leads, Profit Center Leaders, and Senior Finance Business Partners on FP&A and strategic planning.
• Identify financial drivers and develop forward-looking strategies and yearly goals.
• Mentor Finance & Operations Specialists and assist Senior Finance Business Partners in leading the finance team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in an accounting or finance position.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel 10–20% of the time, including travel to offices, training, and events.
• Ability to drive a personal or rental vehicle, with an acceptable motor vehicle record and required insurance coverage.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred.
