Senior Solution Architect (PLM)

Location: Sweden (remote); willingness to travel up to 25% within the Nordic region. Swedish citizenship is required because some assignments require security clearance in Sweden.

What you will do

• Lead technical implementation teams across the planning, design, construction, and transition of PLM solutions.
• Transform customer requirements into technical solutions using hirify.global Innovator architecture and applications.
• Facilitate workshops and build consensus among customer stakeholders, project managers, and internal teams.
• Lead and support the development of requirements specifications, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Perform solution analysis, prepare customer-facing proposals, and contribute to statements of work.
• Improve the delivery approach for PLM solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience implementing enterprise software in an architect role, preferably in PLM.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in automotive, consumer products, high-tech electronics, medical devices, aerospace, defense, or shipbuilding.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including handling difficult customer situations.
• Ability to create clear requirements, statements of work, specification documents, and use cases while managing changing priorities.
• Fluent English and Swedish; Swedish citizenship required.

Nice to have

• Experience with engineering design, engineering change processes, phase-gate project management, quality systems, manufacturing process planning, or CMII change management.
• Experience with systems engineering, requirements engineering, maintenance planning and execution, configuration management, or variant management.
